EZ Leaf Hauler proves impossible to set up

I visited a friend who was very disappointed that her EZ Leaf Hauler had arrived after she had raked her leaves, but she got it out for me to see. The problem begain when she tried to put it together. No matter how she pulled, stretched, bent the fabric and/or the poles, no matter how much she gritted her teeth, she could not force the pole into the pocket which would hold up the sides. She is very disappointed and is returning it. The tarp will work just fine until the design is improved.
