Cilantro is easy to grow, grows quickly and is used in Mexican and Asian food, especially salsas. Plant several successions. As the mature plants go to seed you get coriander used in Indian and Thai food. With salt and pepper coriander makes a nice rub for lamb. The next planting will provide all the cilantro you need throughout the growing season. A great little plant with many uses and can be grown indoors easily.
